A 36-year veteran of the Nova Scotia Bar, J.W. Stephen Johnston has served as a general practitioner, in-house counsel for an insurance firm, and personal injury counsel. In addition to his professional experience representing the interests of both claimants and insurers, he brings 15 years of experience as a Small Claims Court Adjudicator to his mediation practice, along with a recently completed Certificate in Mediation from Harvard University Law School.
